Paul Frampton

With a distinguished career as CEO of both the tech scale-up Tink Labs and the prominent UK and Ireland media network Havas Media Group, Paul brings unparalleled expertise to Overline Marketing Consultancy. His leadership is instrumental in fulfilling Overline’s mission to elevate marketing as a pivotal growth engine within businesses. At Overline, Paul provides strategic counsel to senior marketers and their teams, tailoring approaches to drive business growth, enhance customer centricity, and create value. His passion lies in guiding brands to develop the most effective marketing operation models, whether through data strategy, in-housing, or selecting the optimal technology stack. Paul’s insights have benefited some of the world’s leading brands, including Mars, Dell, 7-Eleven, Ulta Beauty, Morrisons, and Sainsbury’s. At the outset of the pandemic, Paul launched the Time For A Reset Marketing Podcast, interviewing marketing leaders on how they are adapting. As founding MAD//Fest host, he engages marketers and agencies through insightful conversations, placing ad tech & data at the centre. He’s a self-labelled feminist, leading from the front to create more physical and psychological safety for women in AdTech and beyond, through the #yesallmen campaign. Recently, he was shortlisted in 40OverForty. The Evening Standard newspaper in London included Paul in their ‘Progress 1000 Brand Builders 2016’ while The Drum voted him the ‘5th Most Influential Person in UK Digital’. Paul was also honoured to accept Twitter’s ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’. An active advisor and investor in the start-up community, Paul is also an influencer on LinkedIn. He is an advocate for diversity and inclusion, Paul is an advisor for Women in Marketing and was named one of Management Today’s ’30 Male Agents of Change.’ When not working or speaking at industry events, Paul focuses on family life and his five children. He is an honors graduate of The University of Southampton.

Fiona Davis has over 20 years’ experience in marketing strategy and technology, across EMEA, the US, LATAM and APAC. She has worked with some of the world’s largest brands and media owners to drive growth and innovation for global giants such as P&G, Capital One, Mastercard, Coca-Cola, Mars, and 7-Eleven. Working across both the buy and sell sides of media gives Fiona a broad perspective on the use of data across the entire marketing ecosystem and how all the players in the industry are evolving to meet cross-channel marketing needs. Before joining Overline, Fiona held various roles for a large U.S. broadcaster, a global digital media publisher and a global martech platform.

Nick King, co-founder of Canton Marketing, joins our leadership team after Goodway Group – Overline’s parent company – acquired Canton Marketing in July 2022. Nick helps companies excel in the ever-changing marketing landscape. There has never been a greater need for brands to move at speed as we move into the Privacy first era. Whether looking at their technology stack, internal processes or team structure Nick’s team is able to support clients with a group of practitioners who have done their 10,000 hours in platform. Nick has worked with a wide variety of brands including the BBC, Flutter Group (including Paddy Power, Betfair, and PokerStars) and World Remit supporting them across marketing transformation, media engineering, and media buying. Nick has over 20 years of experience within the media and marketing industry where he previously has held a variety of leadership roles within both publishers and ad-tech companies including Yahoo, News UK, and Future.

In roles ranging from Fractional and Interim CMO to SVP and VP of Marketing, she is a leader who has led transformative initiatives that have reshaped brands and driven business success. Her expertise lies in Brand Management & Strategy, Product Innovation, Retail Merchandising, and Consumer Insights—all infused with a spirit of fearless innovation. Tiffany’s recent achievements include founding and leading the WBENC-certified Executive Marketing firm Clever Disruption, where she helped companies break through the clutter with innovative strategies. She’s also spearheaded global innovation efforts for Nestlé brands like Hot Pockets, California Pizza Kitchen, Purina, and Nestlé Waters, and turned around the global Southern Comfort business, boosting U.S. household penetration by an impressive +33%. Her work on iconic brands such as TGI Fridays has further solidified her reputation as a brand visionary. She has worked with several of the Fortune 100 to drive acquisition, efficiency, retention and transformation goals. She strives to make the innovative accessible, to use data intelligently and responsibly, and to promote women in tech.

Jordan has nearly 10 years of experience in digital marketing and is particularly skilled in operating real-time bidding campaigns and setups on both the buy and the sell side. Jordan has worked with some premium brands, improving their media capabilities immeasurably, including Camelot, Flutter Group, and Vodafone. In his current role at Overline as Media Activation Practice Lead, he enjoys working directly with so many great clients and building bonds that extend past traditional media relationships and become a part of their business, tying Overline’s work closely to the day-to-day business performance. He’s built a team of ten expert consultants and media professionals, and they focus on bringing cross-channel solutions to clients and breaking into the thought leadership space. They enjoy working with clients on problems and leading solutions to their main challenges in identity, tracking and optimisation in a cookieless world.

Sumit Bhagchandani is a seasoned Martech/Adtech & AI Consultant known for his expertise in leveraging data, technology, and AI to solve complex marketing challenges. With over 19 years of experience, Sumit has successfully led numerous technology implementations and transformative projects across diverse industries, most recently as VP of Marketing Technology at Discover Financial Services. His extensive experience includes spearheading innovative solutions at Ansira, Hertz, and Verizon, where he strategically supported Sales and Marketing teams in achieving their business objectives through technology-driven initiatives. Sumit is recognized as a Martech Guru, renowned for his ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and marketing needs. Senior Marketing Strategy Consultant

Liam is a global marketing strategist and media specialist with almost twenty years of experience. He is privileged to have worked with worldwide leading disruptor brands like Diageo, Mars, The Coca-Cola Company, Sky and Adidas. Liam joins Overline from The Responsible Marketing Agency – a start-up media and marketing advisory that empowers clients to become more responsible marketers. As Managing Director, he developed their go-to-market consulting proposition and product suite and led both consultancy and transformation projects. Before this, Liam spent eight years at WPP’s EssenceMediacom, where he specialised in driving client transformation initiatives and developing new agency capabilities that would help clients succeed in a digital world. This included launching and leading Blink Consulting – an in-house digital transformation consultancy, which Liam grew into a multi-market offering that covered commerce, in-housing, technology, applied innovation, and sustainability. Liam has also held senior positions at Publicis’ Starcom and Dentsu’s Carat. Liam is passionate about the future of our industry, and his writing is regularly featured in leading marketing and research publications. In his spare time, Liam enjoys listening to podcasts whilst exploring the green spaces of North London, exploring and expanding his record collection, and watching any sort of sport with an oval ball involved.

Javier E. Rodriguez Horta is our team nomad and Global Marketing Strategy Practice Lead. He is a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and consulting, bringing 20 years of experience. Javier has worked with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) giants like Colgate-Palmolive and Unilever – where he was a key player in the team that won two Cannes awards for the AXE Virtual Hair Action campaign and was the LATAM lead for the Dove Men+Care launch. Javier loves networking and building bridges with cross-functional partners, and has done consulting projects for Coca-Cola Refreshments, OMEGA, Brooks Brothers, and Bacardí. Outside of work, Javier helps with the Autism Alliance, Chapter Puerto Rico, by providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to young professionals with autism. He is also a frequent Guest Speaker at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management, where he seeks to inspire the future generation of business leaders. At Overline, Javier is responsible for the overall strategy and success of the marketing consultancy practice. He works closely with global clients across various regions (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) to understand their marketing needs and develop customised solutions that ignite growth and meet their goals. Javier provides thought leadership on industry trends and best practices, and continually seeks out ways to improve the effectiveness of the marketing for our clients.

Annie Cardwell is the Vice President of Business Development, U.S. at CvE, bringing over 20 years of expertise in revenue acceleration and value creation for top brands through data, strategy, technology, and digital media. Throughout her career, Annie has been a pivotal leader, managing and expanding large, highly profitable global accounts. She has a proven track record of overseeing the delivery of complex omnichannel marketing programs and martech platforms for both B2B and B2C clients across diverse verticals, including financial services, technology, travel, restaurants, entertainment, consumer products, and retail. Prior to joining CvE, Annie held significant roles at global martech agencies, including Epsilon-Publicis Groupe. She is focused on building strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and mutual growth. Her comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape and her strategic vision have driven significant growth and success for her clients. She is adept at navigating the intricacies of modern marketing, ensuring that her clients remain at the forefront of their industries. Annie holds a BA in Communications, with a major in Visual Media, from American University in Washington, DC.

Simon is a data scientist and has over 10 years of experience including MediaCom where he headed up Data Analytics and worked on global brands including Coca-Cola, Dell, Sky TV, and Tesco. Simon has a Masters in Mathematics and a real talent for both the technology and the analytical aspects of marketing. He has experience in cloud platforms and analytics and most of the major ad servers and platforms including Google, Adobe, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Flashtalking, Google Analytics, Visokio Omniscope and Alteryx. Simon strives to solve problems for organisations using data and automation building pipelines and visualisations to help a business succeed. His expertise lies in ensuring that an organisation’s technology stack is set up to be connected so that the data can be accurately stitched together.

Yael has worked in performance marketing space since the early days of the internet with a clear focus on the Search domain. With more than 20 years of experience, she has seen Google Ad Platform, on its various names as well as Bing (Microsoft Ads) evolve as she has, with it. During those years, Yael has worked with world’s biggest brands including McAfee, Cylance, ITG, Diamon Factory, BetVictor, Party Gaming, Babylon, The Under Floor Heating Store, NFL and many others, which are still within our managed clients till this day. With hands on as well as strategic experience across multiple industries, Yael is gifted with the ability to learn and adjust to any given industry, while identifying the low hanging fruits and generating high value and fantastic ROI to all our clients.

Ramin comes to us from EMEA, where he managed a regional team of HR specialists while delivering in-depth HR consulting to global organisations ranging from start-ups to well-known companies extending their global presence. His PX expertise extends to The British Isles, Nordics, Netherlands, The GCC, as just to name a few. As far as scaling, transformation and improving efficiency in organisation, Ramin has not only seen, but has been a contributor to exponential growth in some of the organisation he has supported. Now, Ramin brings this wealth of knowledge to Overline to build the PX partnership at a global level and continues to apply his view of ‘Integrity comes first at the Workplace’.

I consider myself a holistic marketer with special superpowers when it comes to content and communication marketing, with other 20 years of experience. I have been on both sides of the equation: The Brand and The Client side. I worked for one of the most iconic brands in the world: Coca-Cola Company for nearly 10 years, and I’ve also been in the agency ecosystem working for Havas Digital. Before that, I was at Santander Bank building digital banking products. I have an integrated view of the different elements that are part of Marketing. I love learning and the CvE journey has allowed me to expand my marketing knowledge to new frontiers I never would’ve imagined. At CvE I lead marketing strategy and marketing execution team: from PR to content marketing, demand generation, social media, event planning, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships. I collaborate with CvE’s team of marketing transformation consultants to deliver purposeful collateral for new business and lead nurturing.

After 4 years on the publisher (sell) side, she made the move to a full-stack digital marketing agency where she grew into a more strategic role creating comprehensive digital media strategies for brands across a range of industries (B2B and Consumer focused). In the last 2 years her love for programmatic advertising and education around the topic has really evolved. Kelsey’s key focus within ControlvExposed is on programmatic campaign planning and execution.
